Tap the + button on the home screen to upload a photo of your meal. Our AI will analyze it and identify ingredients that might trigger your symptoms.

How do I log symptoms?

Use the symptom logging widget on the home screen to track how you're feeling. You can log multiple symptoms and adjust their severity.

What if I'm not sure which sensitivities I have?

No problem! You can select "Not sure" during onboarding. Sensio will help you identify patterns over time as you track meals and symptoms.

Meal Analysis

How accurate is the meal analysis?

Our AI analyzes your meal photos to identify ingredients and potential triggers. While we strive for accuracy, results may vary based on photo quality and meal complexity. Always verify ingredients if you have severe allergies.

Can I edit meal information after analysis?

Yes! Tap on any meal to view details and make corrections if needed.

What if my meal isn't recognized?

If the analysis doesn't match your meal, you can manually edit the ingredients and description.

Symptoms & Triggers

How does Sensio identify food triggers?

Sensio analyzes patterns between your meals and symptoms over time. When certain ingredients consistently appear before symptoms, they're flagged as potential triggers.

How long does it take to identify triggers?

It typically takes 1-2 weeks of consistent tracking to start seeing patterns. The more data you log, the more accurate the insights become.

Can I track multiple symptoms?

Yes! You can track as many symptoms as you'd like, including digestive issues, skin problems, and general symptoms like fatigue or brain fog.

Subscriptions & Billing

How do I manage my subscription?

  • iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  • Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Technical Issues

The app is crashing or not loading.

Try these steps:

  2. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play
  3. Restart your device
  4. If issues persist, email us with your device model and OS version

My photos aren't uploading.

  • Check your internet connection
  • Ensure you've granted camera and photo library permissions in your device settings
  • Try taking a new photo instead of selecting from your library

I'm not receiving weekly reports.

Weekly reports are generated automatically. Make sure you've logged meals and symptoms during the week. If you're still not seeing reports, email us for assistance.

Privacy & Data

Is my data secure?

Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We never share your personal information or health data with third parties.

Can I export my data?

Currently, data export isn't available, but we're working on adding this feature. If you need your data, please email us and we can help.

What happens if I delete my account?

All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. This action cannot be undone.
